1. Serviceable Locations
ChambalTech currently ships to serviceable pin codes across India through available courier and transport partners. Delivery availability may depend on the item category, package size, destination pin code, and courier coverage in your area.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after order confirmation or payment verification, as applicable. Orders received on Sundays, public holidays, or after operational cut-off times may be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines generally range from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination, courier route, stock location, and shipment type. Deliveries to remote, semi-rural, or transport-restricted areas may require additional time beyond normal estimates.
4. Shipping Charges
- Applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
- Free shipping promotions, if offered, may apply only above a specified order value or for selected products and destinations.
- Large, heavy, fragile, or oversized items may attract additional freight, handling, or transport charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, we may share the courier name, consignment number, or tracking details through available communication channels such as SMS, phone, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking updates depend on courier system availability and may not reflect instantly for every shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts and Customer Responsibility
Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times, depending on their local policy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete shipping address, correct pin code, and an active contact number; failed deliveries due to wrong details, non-availability, refusal, or unreachable phone numbers may lead to delay, return, or re-shipping charges.
7. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or leaking at the time of delivery, customers should preferably refuse delivery or record the issue clearly with the delivery personnel. Please contact ChambalTech immediately with clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, and affected contents so we can review the matter promptly.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes, courier capacity issues, regional restrictions, natural events, or other force majeure situations beyond our direct control. In such cases, we will assist with available updates, but exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping limitations due to weight, dimensions, packaging sensitivity, hazardous classification, or serviceability constraints in particular regions. We reserve the right to decline or revise shipment options where standard courier delivery is not feasible.
